Warranty & service

Authorised agent warranty
Every electrical appliance we sell comes from its authorised agent in Egypt with a valid warranty card issued in the agent's name, not ours. That means service is carried out at the agent's centres across the country, not only at our shop.
We do not deal in parallel imports whatever the price difference, because they carry no warranty that can actually be honoured inside Egypt.
How long cover lasts
The length depends on the manufacturer and the category, and it is stated on each product page under "Warranty". The most common are:
- Fridges, washers and air conditioners: 2–5 years on the motor or compressor
- Televisions and small appliances: one to two years
- Cookware and housewares: varies, and many carry none
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use, and includes parts and labour at the authorised service centre.
What is not covered
We list these plainly because they are the most common reasons a claim is refused, and they are better known before buying than after a fault:
- Breakage, scratches, or any damage from misuse or dropping
- Faults caused by power surges or cuts without a suitable voltage regulator
- Repair or opening by a technician not authorised by the agent
- Commercial use of an appliance intended for domestic use
- Consumables such as filters, bulbs and rubber seals
How to claim service
Call us with your order number or the model number and we will point you to the nearest authorised service centre and follow the case with you until it is closed. We do not leave you hunting for a number.
Keep the warranty card and your purchase invoice — the service centre asks for both, and the invoice is what proves when cover started.
Our role, and its limits
We are the retailer; the agent is who honours the warranty. Our role is to guarantee the appliance is genuine and carries a valid warranty card, and to follow the case with you and the service centre until it is resolved. The technical decision on whether a fault is covered rests with the agent.
Your statutory rights
This warranty does not affect your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
