Terms & conditions

Last updated: October 2026

Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you confirmed it.

A product may sell out after you order. If that happens we will contact you to amend or cancel the order at no cost.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel an order in limited cases, including suspected fraud, repeated refused deliveries, or an obvious pricing error.

Payment and delivery

Products are paid for online when you order, the delivery fee once it is set, and nothing ships before payment in full. An unpaid order is held for a limited time, shown on your order page, and is then cancelled automatically and its items returned to stock. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns and exchanges

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened and unused in its original carton; once opened or used, it can be returned only for a manufacturing defect. Full conditions are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

The AI assistant

The AI assistant is a guidance tool to help you choose and compare; what it says is not a binding offer. The binding price, specifications and availability are those on the product page and your invoice.

Accuracy of your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of your mobile number and delivery address. Orders that fail because of incorrect details may incur a re-delivery charge.

Intellectual property

All text, images, designs and trademarks on this site are ours and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
